The new research and creation project of the Garaikideak Contemporary Music Center, in collaboration with the synaesthetic artist Miren Karmele Gómez, is an innovative multidisciplinary proposal that starts from the language of newly created music and new technologies.

The works that come together in this concert take as their starting point "FUSION" in its most literal sense: the union of two or more different things forming one. Different types of fusion will integrate the works of the program: stylistic fusion, fusion as a physical process present in nature or nuclear fusion processes in stars. Four world premiere works, composed by authors from CMC Garaikideak, for an innovative concert that will create an acoustic and scenic space of multidisciplinary expression.

"Fusion" is an innovative concert that proposes the interaction of sound and visual worlds through new technologies. Using 3D virtual reality glasses, the artist mk11 takes visual snapshots that only she perceives thanks to her synaesthetic capacity. The works that she listen (and visualize) live are drawned and projected simultaneously, so that viewers can discover the wonderful universe of synaesthetic minds and enjoy a unique and unrepeatable show.
